Listen to your wife/husband/partner/family because
they know you and your abilities. They will help in case you have neither
clients nor contacts nor cash
Find yourself mentors. You don't have to take their
advice but they will help you find your voice
Be in the right place at the right time whether it
is a meeting or to link up with business partner. If you feel something is not
working, You can always change it.
People just don't make a success of their first
business, so get it out of the way quickly. It will be very painful but you
will learn a lot from it.
Be a leader. You will have to turn yourself from a
one-man focus to someone that other people are focussing to for direction.
Possess some beneficial qualities like
self-discipline, passion, self-confidence and competitiveness. Most of all you
should be bold, optimistic.

Actions, Description, Market Analysis, Competition, Marketing, Sales and
Finance, a strategy who your business competes in next five years, strengths,
weakness, achievements, failures. Identify business opportunities, scan the
competition and know your target audiences by validating in market, Meet peers
and businessmen and plan your finances as personal and business life are
interconnected.
Build a network and sell by creating value to the business.
After making commitment to your business, you need to promote a network of
supporters, advisors, partners and vendors. When you believe in your business,
others will automatically believe too.
